Hallo alles!
I run a small relocation company here in Berlin (basically our job is to help new people in Berlin set up their lives and - most importantly - find an apartment) and am looking to expand from a 2 person operation to 3.
At first I expect this to be about 10-15 hours per week (but this depends also on skills, interests, and ambition of the applicant) and I would be happy to pay 20€ per hour, to be invoiced to me at the end of the month.
The responsibilities/requirements of the role would be:
-Ability to legally work in a freelance capacity in Germany
-Placing relatively simple calls in perfect, native-level German
-Working with PDFs (Adobe Acrobat but very light photoshop skills would be a plus)
-Working with Google Drive
-Light research, having to do with the real estate market in Berlin but also potentially surveys for agents, brokers, and those seeking apartments
-Quality writing skills would be a plus. At least basic editing skills (of German language documents) are necessary
-Ability to interact with clients in a professional, organized, friendly, and of course polite manner
This is a quickly growing little enterprise and flexibility/adaptability would be nice, along with (of course) a friendly disposition.
It would be nice to find someone in Berlin but this is not a necessity. This work can be fully remote if necessary.
